I saw this more than a month ago. It was part of a video, where the aircraft was in motion, and was passing this object at a very high of speed (the aircraft), which is probably a balloon, which was stationary.
As you can see land and a river below, that is clearly NOT the North Pacific.

I saw it too. Some people are saying it was an anti-gravity UAP like the tic-tacs the Nimitz pilots encountered.
Ain’t no prop plane crossing the Pacific.
