I didn’t notice. However, if so, perhaps it has something to do with his facial surgery. He’s very thin, but if he was taking estrogen, he’d have some hormonal fat placement.

Cushing’s syndrome. That’s rare in nature, but corticosteroid use which isn’t rare can cause it.
