Wooly 180 pound locusts. I farmed in Wisconsin for a decade. My herd of ewes ate 1,800 pounds of hay every day from October thru April. They grazed 80 acres from May Thru September.

For anyone interested in real life experiences in sheep farming, read the book "Today I Baled the Hay, to Feed the Sheep, the Coyotes Eat"

How many did you have, though? Or did you fall asleep every time you tried to find out?
