I would “rent/pay” people to put tents right ON TOP OF the tents already there until they leave. No one says you can’t build UP. Put YOUR trash right on top of the tents there.
Maybe go out each day and spray everything with skunk scent, or that rotten-egg stuff that’s supposed to keep deer out of your garden but doesn’t.
