It was Fentanyl that killed the beast.

Certainly not murder, cops or any other sane people will not murder in front of witnesses. I’d say this guy’s drug problem got the best of him.

The left got another poster boy out of this, a petty criminal and drug abuser, to carry their flag of racial equality commie style.

Where the counterfeit $20 came from?

I could be wrong, but I had the impression that the 20 was made on a home printer, using ordinary paper stock. One of those ridiculous "counterfeits" that are almost impossible to pass. He probably paid someone a dollar for it. You might pass it to a clerk at a 7-11 at 3:00 AM, if you're lucky.

An appeal on change of venue should be automatic. No fair jury would have convicted him.

Chauvin followed his MPD training and protocol for an individual experiencing signs of “excited delirium”. Another Officer on the scene requested EMS a few minutes after Floyd was removed from the Police Vehicle as his own request. EMS was told by Dispatch to “stage away” until the scene was secure. The growing crowd made the scene “unsecure” which delayed the EMS response. Floyd’s drug use and the unruly crowd are what killed George Floyd. Chauvin is a political prisoner, sacrificed to appease the thugs who actually run Minneapolis.

Except Chauvin’s knee was never on Floyd’s neck. It was on his shoulder blade close to the base on the neck on the rear of Floyd’s body.

Ninety percent of the US population knows that Saint George committed suicide, even Obama/Soros Pope Bergoglio knows.

You can also get negative pressure pulmonary edema working hard to inhale against a restricted airway. I think his death was ago binational of his physical issues and drug abuse not helped by the cops sitting on him. The thing i find inexcusable was the length of time they went without checking on him after he went limp and the lack of trying to render aid once they realized his condition. Murder? i don’t think so. but negligent homicide? I think you could make a good case for it

Floyd having a medical crisis due to over dosing on drugs he wouldn’t have made it to dawn per medical examiner.

Wonder how many lives were saved by it.

Floyd said he could not breath several times before the knee went on his back. Floyd had a fatal dose of fentanyl in his blood screen. In a previous arrest, Floyd had swallowed all the drugs in his possesion.

The first officer on the scene asked Floyd if he was on something. Floyd said no. Fentanyl kills by suppressing breathing.

Two points...

Every year, thousands of people in Police custody claim they cannot breath. 99% of them are lying.

If Floyd had told the first Police officer that he consumed fentanyl, Floyd would not have died that day.

The cops could have just stood there and watched him die. Then they would be in trouble for not helping. No matter what they did, George was going to die and they would get blamed.

When you OD on fentanyl, you will likely be awake when you are dying unlike good old fashioned heroin where you pass out first.

Is it true that “From Kayos Rises Order” was tattooed on George’s chest?

Re: Negligent homicide.

One of the Police officers stated that he heard Floyd snoring, which is why he was not concerned.

Also, Floyd's neck was turned 90 degrees to the right.

No soft neck tissue was exposed, only taut neck muscles.

Also, the knee restraint hold was described and approved by the Minneapolis Police Manual on the day it was used.

Also, several photographs dispute the claim that a knee was directly on Floyd's neck.

Chauvin was sacrificed on the altar of the Media-Dem Party state religion to appease their anti-white patron saints.

The autopsy did not show any physical signs consistent with him being choked. However, the cop holding him in that position likely compromised his ability to breath compounding the respiratory insufficiency he was already experiencing due to the fentanyl and amphetamines in his blood stream. I do not believe the cop choked him to death, but was still negligent in not recognizing Floyd’s compromised breathing due to his drug overdose. Floyd could have easily gone into respiratory arrest just sitting in the back of the squad car.

The trial was a virtual lynching. Given the rioting resulting from Floyd’s death there should have been a change of venue. Jurors certainly felt pressured to return a guilty verdict. One prospective juror refused to serve stating candidly he feared for his safety and that of his family. If the trial had been moved to a remote part of Minnesota the verdict, even if the same, would have been more fair.

That still doesn’t address the time it took to check him once he was completely limp or the lack of resuscitative efforts once he was determined to be in cardiac arrest. Police are held to a higher standard and should be. Again I don’t think it was murder and Floyd’s actions undoubtedly contributed to his demise but I think there was significant negligence in the part of the cops. I have no issue with their actions up until the time the knew or should have known he was in real trouble.

He started to panic in back of police car saying he was claustophobic and then they got him out of car and restrained him. But then he was losing it and then they got him on ground.

I think the police officer should have let up on his neck way before he died. He was still kneeling on him after he was dead and paramedics got there. I fault other two officers who were too afraid to be more forceful with the cop kneeling on his neck.

No reason to keep kneeling on someone’s neck after they passed out.

Doesn’t have to be windpipe if you kneel on someone’s carotoid artery that will shut off oxygen.

Yah, all of the video shows that the copper was not suffocating the thug.

This was an MSM-driven riot.

The coroner said he died of heart failure following a massive overdose of illegal drugs. That’s not murder.
