Being fully nutritioned, no sugar, exercise, and sleep. Cant change your genetics.
Sugar IS a big part of arthritis IMHO, not all, but a good amount.
Curcumin and ginger has don it for me. 20 years ago I was on a cane and riding the electric carts at WalMart. Now I get a twinge in one thumb occasionally. Glucosamine & Chondroitin is what I started with and it worked but after a lot of on line research I switched to the spices which are much more pleasant. I mix them with my food or put ginger in tea and coffee.
