- US political commentator Gonzalo Lira was arrested by the Ukrainian SBU for allegedly “producing Russian propaganda;”
- The Kharkov Oblast Prosecutor’s Office posted a video of “evidence” which included Gonzalo pointing out Ukraine’s Nazi problem and the fact that the Ukrainian government has killed 1,000s by shelling the Donbass region;
- These are verified facts admitted by the both the Western media and Western governments now supporting and sponsoring Kiev in this current conflict;
- Pressure must be placed on the US government and Western “human rights” organizations;
- It is Gonzalo Lira today - it could be someone else you have more in common with or even yourself tomorrow;

While Kuhn was in prison, his citizenship was canceled on June 1, 1943. Upon his release after he served 43 months in state prison, Kuhn was re-arrested on June 21, 1943, as an enemy alien and interned by the federal government at a camp in Crystal City, Texas. After the war, Kuhn was interned at Ellis Island and deported to Germany on September 15, 1945.[35] He died on December 14, 1951, in Munich, West Germany.[36]
According to historian Leland V. Bell, George Froboese,[37] the Midwestern leader of the group (who had traveled to the 1936 Berlin Olympics with Kuhn to meet Hitler)[38] and “a few lesser known Bundists committed suicide,” and “some Bundists had their naturalizations revoked and spent a few months in detention camps”. In addition, 24 officers of the organization were convicted of conspiracy to violate the 1940 Selective Service Act in 1942. All of the defendants received the maximum 5-year sentences which were allowed under the charge. However, they were released after their convictions were overturned in a 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court of the United States in June 1945.[39][40]
He was not arrested for speaking the truth. He was arrested because he returned to Ukraine after self deportation.
When he was arrested last year, it was for spying for Russia and getting paid for it. When he was caught and told he was facing life in prison, he made a deal and gave up five Russian agents. In exchange he was given a choice between house arrest and prosecution after the war, or leaving the country. He initially chose to stay until the fear of other Russian agents getting revenge got to him and he voluntarily self deported to Poland.
For most of the last year he was actually in the Netherlands while pretending he was live streaming from Kharkiv. They only way the SBU could arrest him is if he returned to Ukraine. By returning he could face prosecution under the previous charges.
By the way, this mean everyone who played along or was taken in while he lied about being in Kharkiv, is going to take a hit on their credibility. This includes Berletic.

Lira was charged under article 436-2 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code, parts 2 and 3, pertaining to wartime propaganda. There is no freedom of speech there and by opening his mouth, whether right or wrong on the information

There is no law or treaty on the books that citizens of the US or Russia can openly say the things he did. The last treaty, signed in 1998, was violated by Russia in 2014 and the Ukraine refused to renew it.

The SBU detained a foreign blogger in Kharkiv who denied the crimes of the Rashists and insulted Ukrainian defenders
The security service gathered evidence against a foreign blogger who publicly justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and spread fakes about the war in Ukraine.
The figurehead has the citizenship of one of the countries of Latin America but has been living in Kharkiv for several years. After the start of the full-scale invasion, the blogger was one of the first to support the Russian invaders and heroize their war crimes.
He also engaged in discrediting the highest military political leadership and the Defense Forces of our state.
It is documented that last spring he personally filmed provocative videos in which he tried to capture the faces of Ukrainian defenders and insulted them.
He published his “streams” on two of his own channels on YouTube and Telegram with a total audience of almost 300,000 subscribers.
In addition, in his comments he denied the facts of Russian missile attacks on Ukrainian cities and mass murders of civilians by rioters.
During searches of the suspect’s residence, mobile phones and a computer with evidence of illegal activity were found. Also a filthy toilet.
Examinations initiated by the SBU confirmed the facts of criminal acts of the foreign blogger.
So far, the investigators of the Security Service have informed him of the suspicion under Art. 213 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (manufacturing and distribution of materials justifying the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, committed repeatedly).
The court chose the preventive measure of custody. An investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
Complex measures were carried out by SBU employees in the Kharkiv region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor’s office. 12K 15:59
