John Kerry is attending the Coronation as part of the US delegation, and would be entitled to wear his French and German decorations if he chose to - I don’t believe he has any British decorations although I wouldn’t entirely rule out that a former Secretary of State had something honourary in the British system.
Kerry could have worn his North Vietnam Victory medal and Greecepeace’s Seal off Approval.
