Why does it have to be a lie?
Just sitting around in ‘hood country can land you in a heap of trouble.
It really doesn’t matter if it is about charging rank or not. It’s still outrageous and atrocious (more than “tragic”).
I believe it wasn’t necessarily about the charger. The area is not a good neighborhood. Decent chance of gang involvement
