It’s about $8400/hour to operate a 737-400. Pretty common airplane for a charter company.
So assuming that the average round trip is about 4 hours up the East Coast (some longer / some shorter, so average), with typical 140 pax seating that’s 12,000,000 / 8400 * 140 = 200,000 people using 1428 trips-ish.
Should make for some real fun in all those pristine little compounds. I mean, Joe’s got 4 mansions, right? Lotsa room. Just ask Comrade Kaprugina.

A lot of planes isn’t it. The most common charter is a 737, each seating between 200 and 400 maximum , or close to that.
