In all seriousness though, I tend to agree with you. From what I remember of the video, it was rather aggressive, and in the context of the situation, it was not appropriate, but did he persist after she protested?
It gets into a dangerous area when you can charge someone not based on harm, or even intent, but based on the interpretation of the 'victim'. Any time anyone makes a 'first move' would be like playing roulette. Win a date, or go to jail. You take the risk! Next contestant, step right up!
If it was just one kiss, there's no way it should be 'sexual battery'. If it persisted through protests by the victim or after the word 'no', then that's different.
Lips are sex organs, or do you consider oral sex to not be sex?
