Well, it does looks like the Russians got the railyard too — and the railyard in Kramatorsk but these kind of blasts during war never seem to slow anyone down much.

Not really. The plant recycled obsolete solid fuel rocket boosters into explosives used for mining. The Russians probably wanted to destroy this source of explosive materials, and prevent any possibility of the rockets being refurbished and launched at targets deep in Russian territory, like the Kremlin.
