Scott Peterson is once again seeking to be released from prison.
Peterson has filed a new appeal in his 2004 murder conviction, claiming there's evidence that proves his innocence.
Unique Sign-up Bonus is One of the Best We’ve Seen The Motley Fool | Sponsored In the appeal he lays out six claims that he and his family believe will exonerate him.
It includes what they say is new evidence about a burglary across the street from the Peterson's home around the time his wife Laci vanished.
An exclusive photo of Peterson shows him talking to his family during a video call from the San Quentin State Prison last year.
Officials said he is sitting in a concrete cell in the photo with a virtual backdrop behind him.
no, that was drew petersen, different scumbag
Yes out of the serpentine Bay Area shoreline
Only 400 miles of it

More true what u said than not of modern American women
But the circumstantial on him is pretty high
I didn’t say he was innocent, and believe he did it.
I contend the state had piss poor “proof”.
And as a juror I would have voted not guilty.
The verdict was good. I thought the evidence was overwhelming. He put himself at the place where the bodies were found and his explanation for why he was there was asinine. Scott wasn’t the smartest guy around.
If I were on that jury. I would not look back.
What happened to the 90 pound anchor he made for his 14 foot boat?
Oh yeah, dirtbag of the year for sure. But that doesn’t automatically mean he’s guilty of murder.
Speaking of circumstantial evidence I looked up a story from 2003 where it acknowledges Peterson told investigators he was fishing in SF Bay at the time of the disappearance.
It also says the PD tried to hang the Kristin Smart murder on him, too.
Who else is he alleged to have murdered?
“What happened to the 90 pound anchor he made for his 14 foot boat?”
You’re conflating a 90 pound bag of concrete with the one or more five to eight pound disposable anchors he made.
It is common for some boaters to make disposable anchors out of used bleach bottles and then cut their lines if the anchor gets caught in a snag.

Scott lost 4 anchors that day? Good thing he made five!
LOL, investigators claimed he had made five but could only prove he’d made one. I simply cited the range without crediting either side of the issue.
There were six men and six women on the jury that convicted him. Try another excuse.
No there wasn’t
the day he reported lacy missing
he requested grief counselors
strong pot self deludes weak minds
guilty

My lifelong friend built Scott and Laci’s pool just prior to the disappearance. He did the deck work too.
He indicated Scott was a creepy weirdo that never told the same story twice. Many of them outlandish and unbelievable.
But he left those sacks of concrete at Scott’s house. He told the Modesto PD during interview that was the case.
That right there should have given him the death sentence.....
I remember the old Fox News girls convicting him with their feels and guts before he was even accused. Hideous.
Yes, there was, including when the computer was used.
