Obviously your godson’s mother is(and was) mentally ill.
Mentally ill mothers forcing their son to be the daughter mommy really wanted are the root cause.
She is the supervisor in a facility, over all the counselors. She is by all observations a functioning sane person. She is my sister I remember. Loving, caring, funny and will still tip a bottle of wine and laugh like there is no tomorrow..... Except for her obsession.
