Plus she never stole the spotlight, she let her co-stars shine, Vicki, Lyle, Harvey, and Tim.
My favorite recurring skit was "As the Stomach Turns".
I remember the satire of “Gone With The Wind” and Dinah Shore was the special guest. Believe it was titled “Went With The Wind”.
Storefront hospital.
Mrs. Hwiggins.
Mine too. Harvey Korman as Mother Marcus- hysterical!
At 90 she can view Biden as one of those less mature younger guys.
The opening music with the animation and mop sound alone puts many programs to shame.
“There’s a criminal in my house, his name is SAUL GOODMAN!”
DVR is capturing so watch it later.
I remember her as a kid and watched her show, today I can’t stand her and will not watch reruns. I can’t stand Lucille Ball anymore and can’t watch her show either.
Some shows you just evolve away from and some are still fun to watch. The one genre that is never dated and always great to watch are the Westerns from the 1950’s and 60’s.
And the Dentist Scene, Tim and Harvey
Still can watch her reruns on Pluto TV.
I don’t have cable, hope to see her show on youtube later.
Cool I set my dvr to record
“the satire of “Gone With The Wind”
The bit with her wearing the curtains on the curtain rod is the greatest sight gag ever! It was so funny my husband got it, even though he’d never seen the movie.
I read they only let Harvey Gorman in on it, because otherwise he would have collapsed in laughter and brought things to a halt.
Loved her in “The Four Seasons” with Alan Alda....
"I saw it in the window and I just couldn't resist it!"
I understand she was raised in the Yuma, AZ area.
I like where Carol and other cast members would take questions from the audience.
