There is an article on Daily Mail, where Murdoch said that the woman’s law suit had nothing to do with it, that FOX was fully behind the FOX employees on the law suit.
Murdoch then went on to say that he didn’t like all the spirituality. It is thought that the remark was a reference to Tucker’s call for all Conservatives to pray more. He said he was sorry that he had not been praying and that he thought that prayer might be our only answer. He said that we should all dedicate ten minutes a day to prayer.
It surprised me. I didn’t know that about him. Also, Murdoch’s former fiancée made an on air remark, calling Carlson a messenger from God, which could have set Murdoch off. Whatever the real reasons are, I don’t think that they matter, now. Murdoch has handed Carlson grounds for a law suit.
