My heart jumps, like leaps, when I read that the perps are 18 years old. That's because I hope and pray that the justice system will treat them like the murderous criminals that they are. Punks were tossing stuff off interstate bridges in this area decades ago.

That was a common practice in Detroit years ago until they finally enclosed the overpasses with cage like fences.

I was heading out of downtown on I-94 one day with my buddy in his truck when I spotted a kid on the overpass bridge in front of us throw a big rock that fortunately passed over our truck. Don't think it hit any vehicle behind us in the air but I have to think it hit the front grill or elsewhere on their vehicle.
