metallic hydrogen is an extremely dense liquid which absorbs light. The dark spots of sun spots is metallic hydrogen.

You're going to have to slow down for me here...how does this idea of metallic hydrogen affect the idea of a rocky stellar interior? Isn't the idea that hydrogen only becomes "metallic" (whatever that means...sounds weird) when confined under great pressure.

Think of the interior of the earth with the mantel flows. now put that under extreme pressures. That is what you get metallic hydrogen.

I'm of the belief that Metallic Hydrogen is the bases of all elements. Therefore the sun creates all elements on the periodic table.
