Besides the immediate disaster of losing 17% in sales, once regular Bud Light drinkers try something else they might find something they like better and never come back no matter what Bud Light does, they’re so many choices when it comes to beer, losing those kinds of numbers they may never recover.

As I mentioned on another thread, having your sales volume decline by nearly one fifth in such a short period of time is disastrous.

In my company, heads would start to roll if sales was just flat.

Also, this might be a lagging indicator. Many small liquor stores and bars have not put in their new orders yet since the tranny brouhaha began.

We may even see more than a 17% drop in sales over time.

I think it is more than that. I was at a wedding venue last weekend and the groom had the venue pull all Bud Light out of the bars and replace it with Miller Lite. Everyone I know has switched to Miller Lite. I think this is happening all over the country. 2nd qtr financial will tell the real story.
