Zelda's on the Beach officially reopened last Wednesday after winter storms caused significant damage to the restaurant.
The Capitola Village restaurant originally planned to reopen in mid-April near Easter.
Zelda's faced some of the most severe storm damage out of all the businesses on the esplanade.
Some of the most recent repairs that were made include installing furniture, appliances and permanent windows.
The restaurant has been open since 1978. You can read more about construction efforts in Capitola here.

Love their calamari.
I’m sorry. I was too nerdy for you.
