Here Are Fox News, MSNBC and CNN Ratings for February 2023
By A.J. Katz on Feb. 28, 2023 - 3:14 PM
Below are February 2023 Nielsen ratings for Fox News, MSNBC and CNN, the wider cable news landscape followed by a full basic cable network audience ranker.
Fox News Channel:
“Fox News is finishing February 2023 as it did January 2023, as the most-watched basic cable network in total day. FNC averaged nearly 1.44 million total viewers in the 6 a.m.-6 pm daypart in February, making it the most-watched basic cable network in total day. Fox News was also the most-watched basic cable network in primetime for February (2.26 million), and marked 24 consecutive months (or two straight years) as the top-rated cable news network in total viewers and among Adults 25-54.”
Also, the show that precedes Tucker has almost as many viewers as did Tucker, and I think some of the 8pm viewers who tuned only in for Tucker will tune in at 7pm for Jesse Waters, and Jesse is likely to continue on topics he shared views with Tucker on.
Fox will survive this no matter our personal opinions of it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jesse ultimately winds up with the 8 PM slot, with some new show (likely anchored by a Fox babe) at 7 PM.
Remember, Tucker had the 7 PM timeslot until O’Reilly was fired, so they moved him to 8 PM.
Which would be ironic, really, since Jesse started as a street reporter for O’Reilly.
(BTW, name two current Fox shows (and one former one) that draw their titles from onetime segments on the O’Reilly Factor.)
