Eating fresh fruits and veggies daily is also good for health of the digestive track and leads to fewer polyps in it, leading to less risk of colon cancer.

These days the poor eat from the garbage section of the grocery store or minimart.

It’s not as if the schools are educating kids or having them eat fresh food instead of packaged processed junk.

I spent $110 at the grocery store yesterday, the only thing from an interior aisle was Light Mayo. Everything else was a fresh fruit, vegetable, meat, whole milk product or cheese.

Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables is incredibly beneficial to overall health yet hardly anyone does it. You’re supposed to have 5 to 6 servings a day. Most people have one.
