The defense attornies in the Proud Boys trial, now in its 60th day, have been trying to subpoena Epps but he just doesn’t answer his door. The judge has refused to request that the Marshal Service bring him in to testify.
It appears that Epps really doesn’t want to have to testify under oath about what he was doing on January 5th and 6th, but would rather have 60 Minutes fight his battle for him.
According to 60 Minutes, he's living in a mobile home "somewhere in the Rocky Mountains."
That right here tells you a lot if he can’t even be served a subpoena to testify.
