If children can choose to be permanently sterilized they should also have the right to hire a lawyer ans sue their ‘parents’. Now they have to wait until they’re adults to sue... Change that.

AND they should be able to keep the money. NOT wait until they’re 18.

Sue their parents for what exactly?
Allowing the minor to be sterilized for life? I imagine that would be cause for emancipation of the minor with the legal right to seek relief (file a suit) from the courts.

Every state has some form of minor emancipation on the books. Easier in some states than others and ages vary. Some states allow minor emancipation at 14 years old, some at 16 and some at 17.
The reasons for emancipation also vary from state to state.
