In Maryland, the R&J law has an age difference of 3 years. So yes, 15 & 18 is “OK”, but 14 & 18 is prison.
Prison? I doubt it. People avoid jail time for violent offenses. I don’t think there’s a chance in the world that anyone goes to jail for waving his dingdong at girls.
