Re pipe it so it is inside the driver’s compartment.

Up through the front floorboards, and back down in the rear.

Hey Toyota should make a special retrofit just for her and reroute the coverter into and through the passenger compartment...like right under her seat. This twit wins the Red Forman DUMBASS award. It’s not the criminals, it’s the car manufacturers, and for some reason Toyota specifically.
