Most of these guys are still "straight" underneath all of their psychoses, but the nonstop media/Hollywood message of "Male Sexuality Bad/Female Sexuality Good" has helped push them to a place where they think they have to become a fake female to relate to real females.
Remember when all the old detective magazines had lurid cover headlines like "Transvestite Thrill Killer Stalks Women in Five Cities"? The psychiatric problem has been with us for a long time - it's only that recently the Left has decided to celebrate it to increase societal division and thereby further the Revolution.

The left has been trying to gin up a race war for a long time, but the races aren’t biting. But it appears the trans people will bite.
I guess it helps to add some mental problems into the mix when you want to start a good fight.
