If you think this guy is batcrap crazy, realize that someone(s) in DOE approved him having a DOE “Q” security clearance.
All that changed in 1993 when the Clintons entered the White House. They are directly responsible for the lowering of security standards.

Reminds me of all the Clinton staff who could not pass the background checks. Clinton eventually appointed most of them to some innocuous classification that did not require all the scrutiny. ‘Special Advisor’ or some such horse crap.
