From Silva Mind Control: Count backwards from 100. This will put your brain into alpha waves, which is a huge step towards sleep.

Electrical frequencies: One modern form of the Rife machine from the 1940s is the Healy microcurrent frequency generator. The first time I used this, I slept for seven hours straight without moving. It was the deepest sleep of my life. (Rife developed a vacuum tube-based machine as big as those old IBM computers, and through experiment figured out frequencies that would get rid of bacteria, viruses, and cancer, just for example.
