Sleep slide...
Sheesh... I take 10 mg at night plus a bunch of other supplements and still DON’T SLEEP. Maybe I should get off the Melatonin. I’m super frustrated. And my neck STILL hurts. It was better yesterday, today can’t turn my neck. Ugh. I’ve been falling asleep around 4 or 5 am.
For me, 10mg or even 5 of melatonin was not good, made me feel drugged. One mg did the job better.
Often I’d be awake until 2am, sometimes the entire night.
Was encouraged by my sister to try melatonin again and somehow just one mg worked the first night. I have taken it every night for 8 months now.
