That's part of it no doubt. But, I think there is a lot more. I think it's a bowl full of goodies that got rid of Tucker. One source says Susan Scott and Lacklan did the dirty work the other source says the old man did it,hard to say which one is right.

I think the 787.5 billion dollar donation to dominion lawyers,Dominion and probably most of all to the DNC who likely runs Dominion,think about it,may have scared the crap out of the old man.

Even though he wanted the suit to end like it did IMHO,in pretending to fight it he saw how futile it was when all the cards in the deck are previously stacked against them.

With the DNC involved they purposely nailed down every avenue of relief for FNC from the jury to the judge to you name it.

With Tucker as good as he is it was only a matter of time before he got sued and Fox would have to defend him.In that case and it had to look real to them as Tucker took on everyone and anyone,they decided to cut potential losses to people that they didnt want to win unlike the dominion suit.
