authorizing a fee.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subtitle A, Title 4, Government Code, is amended
by adding Chapter 404A to read as follows:
CHAPTER 404A. DIGITAL GOLD CURRENCY
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sec. 404A.0001. DEFINITION. In this chapter “digital
currency” means the digital gold currency established under this
chapter.
Sec. 404A.0002. RULES; CONTRACTING. (a) The comptroller
may adopt rules as necessary or convenient to implement this
chapter, including rules to:
(1) ensure the security of the digital currency; and
(2) prevent fraud.
(b) The comptroller has all authority necessary to enter
into contracts to administer this chapter and fulfill the purposes
of this chapter.
SUBCHAPTER B. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF DIGITAL GOLD
CURRENCY
Sec. 404A.0051. ESTABLISHMENT. (a) The comptroller shall
establish a digital currency that is backed by gold so that each
unit of the digital currency issued represents a particular
fraction of a troy ounce of gold held in trust as provided by this
chapter.

this golf season has started out horrendous, after a winter of what I thought were profitable sessions.

how do I shoot 85 one day and 105 the next on an easier course? The weather stinks but that’s no excuse. I sometimes go into full-tilt mode and start doing a tin cup and that can’t help

thinking of moving up to the senior tees permanently.(I only do it in my league currently)
I ended last year tickling 265 with my driver. So far, I’m barely reaching 225.

The Vets where I go are all conservative. One is a Republican in the County government. The other is an Air Force veteran that was in Desert Storm. The rules are mostly made by the State of TN when it comes to prescribing meds. State law says dogs have to get the rabies vax. I had dogs die from parvo and distemper because Dad wouldn’t get them vaccinated so mine get those. The vets don’t like giving OTC HW prevention because so many won’t get their dogs tested. I understand that. They don’t fuss at me because they have known me for 30 years and know that mine get tested.

I take chances not getting myself vaccinated but I don’t take chances with my dogs. I don’t think veterinarians are as crooked as human doctors and meds. Still, mine don’t get the monthly flea/tick or HW chews because of the different chemicals in them that cause upset. One of mine has IBS and all of them get pukey if they take that stuff. I give the pure IVM and they don’t have troubles like that.
