Horrible schools together with poor upbringing in terms of family and moral values, then add how all that has reduced the good economic and business factors for Chicago, for a long time, and you have a recipe for continued socil disintegration. Good parents with good kids need to pick up and leave, not just Chicago, but Illinois.
And make sure they go to red states and vote red!
