Indeed that is true. Our entire society and government, from top to bottom, has indicated that (black) thug culture is cool, admirable, and acceptable. Its a valid expression of victimhood, which should not be judged, after all. Moreover, why do you want to "act white" when that's inherently racist. You'll never gain acceptance that way.
