My observation of seeing tens of thousands of people is about 0.0001% of the population. And I’m in the ultra-liberal San Francisco Bay Area. I saw a freak man in a woman’s dress a couple years in the Kootenai County Farmer’s Market in Hayden, Idaho and that’s exactly one more freak than I’ve seen here in CA.
