I'm thinking of Amon Göth, commandant of the Kraków-Płaszów concentration camp in German-occupied Poland. He was memorably portrayed by Ralph Fiennes in the movie Schindler's List.

They are not mentally ill. Mental illness does not introduce itself to over 1.5 million Americans in a short period of time. There is no biological or neurological evidence of mental illness. Gender denialism is derived from cultural Marxism. It is a learned ideology which is only a step towards transhumanism. Gender denialism is “treated” through acceptance of the ideology, the introduction of hormones and genital mutilation. No other mental illness is “treated” the same way. People suffering depression don’t go into therapy to confirm and fully believe their depression is a normal and virtuous condition that needs to be further induced with drugs and surgeries. The psychological professionals and surgeons have ignored their oaths and are in this purely out of ideology and profits.
Gender denialism requires grooming and reinforcement from medical professionals. It is nothing but abject evil. It needs to be destroyed and the people that perpetuate this evil need to be terminated.
I find it disturbing that the government and many businesses are now actively promoting gender Dysphoria as a normal behavior and even elevating to special recognition status. Many people who are starved for attention are being encouraged to become gender Diasporic. I work at an institution of higher education and I have noticed a clear increase in the number of people with gender issues.

The combination of serious mental illness with powerful life-altering drugs makes these people exceptionally dangerous ... and they have the sanction of a significant proportion of American society and of American government to act out their deep-seated aggression and delusions.

Transexuals are hiding being a loophole in the National Firearms Act. The American Psychiatric Association has defined down the meaning of transexuality into the realm of normalcy in spite of the fact that the inability to accept one’s gender is delusional. Then psychiatrists treat these patients as outpatients.
The NFA says that a psychiatrist must report people who have been committed to mental institution to the NICS “No Sale” database. This leaves hundreds of paranoid, delusional outpatient transgenders able to purchase firearms.
The NFA needs to refer to diagnoses of paranoia and delusion, and perhaps specifically transgender, as criteria for mandatory referral to the NICS “No Sale” database.
There should be no exception for outpatients.
Substitute "fake" for "trans" every time you see it with respect to lunatic humans. That helps. Trans woman is a fake woman. Trans man is a fake man. This doesn't not apply for gadgets. Transmission is not a fake mission and a transistor is not a fake sistor. And if you have a fake sister, ya got yourself a brother.
