FTA: Anew silicon anode material for batteries promises to boost the range of electric vehicles (EVs) by 20% or more
This means a electric F-150 truck will instead of a 80 mile range with any load will get maybe 96 mile range.
4 gallons of gas has more energy then the entire battery pack of the electric F-150.
