The gunman who opened fire during a morning conference at the Old National Bank in downtown Louisville, Kentucky and killed four people has been identified as a employee at the bank.
Authorities say Connor Sturgeon, 25, was responsible for the latest mass shooting on Monday at 8.30am when he entered the bank with an AR-15 style assault rifle and started firing. Police, however, said he was 23.
Sturgeon's LinkedIn profile shows that he was employed for just one year at the bank as a syndications associate and portfolio banker after previously serving as an intern. It also shows that he earned a Master's in Finance from the University of Alabama, which the university later confirmed.
During the shooting, it was overheard on police scanners that Sturgeon was 'suicidal and texted a friend that he would "shoot up the bank."' Police also confirmed that Sturgeon livestreamed the shooting on his Instagram, which has since been taken down.
A motive for the mass shooting, in which he allegedly killed four others and injured nine, remains unclear, though unconfirmed reports suggest he was suicidal and disgruntled with his workplace.
The victims have also been identified as Joshua Barrick, 40; Thomas Elliott, 63; Juliana Farmer, 45; and James Tutt, 64.
Elliott was a major Democratic donor, whom Gov. Andy Beshear. And police officer Nicholas Wilt, 26, is now in critical condition after being shot in the head.
The gunman was also killed in the shooting, but it is unclear if he died from a self-inflicted wound or from injuries he sustained as he exchanged gunfire with officers at the scene.
Sturgeon grew up in Louisville and Indiana, and played basketball at the Floyd Central High School, where his father, Todd, served as the coach.

And with that you can hear the collective orgasms from the Gun Grabbers as they have their poster-boy shooting to 'justify' banning all AR-15s.
I saw if you have that preferred pro noun crap on your resume it reduces your hiring chances. I can’t imagine why
bttt

Too bad my Twitter account is locked
This will go down the memory hole, by the press.
What is in the Louisville water?
There was another shooting there this afternoon
Another Tranny shooter? More like ANOTHER DEMOCRAT shooter. Declare DEMOCRATS as public enemies. Maybe just maybe THEY will get the message.
The family will probably claim he had CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy), which is unusual for someone so young, but you never know. Some doctor said Aaron Hernandez had the worst case he had ever seen and Hernandez died at the age of 27.
Gotta wonder what meds/drugs he was on.
No-—no-—he was just “disgruntled.” Should make it all OK? But then if he had dain bramage it could be because he went around acting like a dumbass and got his gourd thumped a time or too. Being an un courteous bleep can do that.
If he had that many concussions, is it possible then that he had some traumatic brain injury maybe even early CTE. The autopsy will tell the truth on all this, and I won’t be able to hide it. So I think we’ll wait a few days and see what the police and the autopsy surgeon say.
Well, we will know soon enough after the autopsy

This kid reminds me of the Charles Whitman shooting from the clock tower at UT-Austin. The only saving grace is that he lacked the training to do the kind of damage Whitman did. Because the kind of instinctive civilian response at UT-Austin that limited casualties is no longer possible in a largely disarmed population since the Gun Control Act of 1968.
Lets cut to the chase here, the guy was a classic left wing nut job.......

“His pronouns have not been updated to was/were.”
Clever
Good advice.
Yep...and now that has been established, it’s about THE GUN!
It's all in the eyes...
