Personally I'm more afraid of them adding them to vitamins without our knowledge. IE: China

I stopped taking all manufactured supplements. Now I concentrate on nutrition.

I tried vitamins twice, decades ago, I worked in a natural food/health store. Each time felt nothing. Did research. Decided eating good nutritious food was my way, spend the $ on food not tablets/capsules. I never have had any deficiencies.
