The overall goal remains the same. The Illuminati want only 500 million of us left as they consolidate power on a worldwide scale.They started with 8 billion. that's a lot of killing to be done without anyone knowing what is going on.
Bio weapons work well, destruction of country after country works, wars always achieve above and beyond deaths,destruction of the worldwide economy for the peons is helpful but its hard to hide it all.
So, they need strategic planning. Humans are not up to it. Only AI can get the job done,IMHO.
