Exactly! That’s why we’re going to build a barn in NH to store everything when we finally sell MA. We’ve lived where we are in MA for 27 years and my wife has a lot of antiques. I myself have a ton of stuff. For example I could fill many shelves just with my German beer stein collection alone.

I’m going to be using a revolutionary product to build the exterior of the house. The whole exterior shell will go up in about 3-4 days. It’ll go quick, at least at the beginning. It’s a metal frame with built in insulation that will give me a R-47 rating. It all bolts together.

Interesting. DH built all our buildings (house, garage, guest cabin, and several outbuildings) by himself, other than the roof on the house, a friend helped. But he’s quite a few years older now.
