Spoiled, overeducated heirs have a tendency to sell out the companies their hardworking parents or grandparents built.

Something observed in Machine shops.
A multitude after WW II. carried on by their sons,
but when they die the grand kids just aren’t interested...

Sadly, most sold the companies/businesses/farms to foreigners.
