I'm honestly surprised she didn't kill more while expending that many rounds and having that much time. They've already stated she had mapped out the building and had planned it for months ahead of time.
The guy who stopped the shooting at a mall last year did so within 15 seconds of the perp opening fire, and even within that 15 seconds, there were three people killed and two others wounded by the perp.

Yes but it was 14 to 17 from the call, dispatch, travel, and then deploy. Pretty good for off site and damn good engagement.

Keep in mind it was just under 13 minutes from the 911 call to the dead perp - drive time to the scene included.
