We need a law making that illegal. If they can have a law prohibiting prospective employers from asking about your marital status then they can ban this too. This is how they blackball conservatives and reserve the good jobs for liberals. They are discriminating based on political beliefs.

😂 I’m so glad I’m retired. I say lady and ladies all the time. I often say “fine young lady”, “beautiful ladies”, and inject all sorts of superlatives. Women still like to be complemented.
so if calling females ladies is now wrong, how do people now address females?
