Remember target?
Remember jc penney?
Remember bed bath and beyond?
Remember gillette?
What do these shells of what they formerly were have in common?
You'll NEVER guess what he was doing before taking this job...wait for it....he worked for the CIA
“It’s the same with all the black-white couples in commercials, they’re pushing that”
I live near a metro area in the deep south that is about 50/50 white/black. Interracial couples are not a controversial thing. They’re every where. But apparently the entertainment and advertising big wigs in New York and Los Angeles don’t know that and think they’re getting social justice points by putting an interracial couple in every commercial and movie. It’s actually kind of weird.
There’s nothing like a properly pulled Guinness. Or a big, hoppy amber ale.
Well, it has people talking about Budweiser. As the axiom goes, even bad publicity is good publicity.
Let the transgenders fund Budweiser.
You go woke, you go broke and companies that lost track of who they are and what they are in business to do.
In this case, Budweiser is a BEER, over the course of time has primarily appealed to the blue-collar average man, who is now trying to appeal to an audience that has never purchased their product and likely will never purchase their product while simultaneously pissing off their traditional customer who knows the difference between a man and woman.
Perhaps this is to emphasize the effectiveness of Bud Light’s “beer goggles”.
April Fools Month.
THIS. It’s not about the demographic they have, it’s about the next generation of drinkers.
Media and advertising isn’t trying to reflect the culture. It’s trying to shape the culture but it still follows toxic tropes like playing men as out of touch idiots and women or children as know it alls.
Transgenders in women’s sports degrades all women. A female Supreme Court nominee unable to define a woman because she’s not a biologist is a step too far. Forcing declared pronouns and CIS labeling is extremism. If someone chooses surgery and to live as another gender that’s fine but redefining the culture to accommodate the rare exception makes no sense. Women have come a long way in 100 years, and regressed in others, but transgenders forcing themselves into situations where they have an innate biological advantage undermines that progress.
This fags for you!!!
If Bud was run from St. Louis, I don’t think they would have done this. Inbev their parent company is European.
And their quality control is falling down. I bought a 6 pack of bottles and every one of them was flat due to a poor seal on the bottle cap.
There will be no shortage of Bud. Their sales will plummet.
Bud light hasn’t confirmed or denied it yet.
Any executive that is willing to lose 30 to 50 percent of his customer base to gain 2 to 6 percent is
1) An idiot
2) An imbecile
3) A moron
This type of executive should not even be eligible for welfare.
This type of executive has the belief because their product has been around for so long with such a loyal customer base, they will never go anywhere, why not appeal to a user than traditionally would never buy your product only to have your traditional customer reach their limit and finding alternatives.
I believe that Bud is now owned by a European company. When Augie Bush sold out, he sold out.
Well, they’d better get on it, because it’s ALL over the internet.
[Thanks to enormous amounts of plastic surgery and makeup, if he holds perfectly still and says nothing, he does look like a woman.]
NO. HE DOES NOT. EVER.
