I keep my appliances that are still working for YEARS!
I still have a freeze older than dirt but it's so good!
Kenmore also at least 25 years old!
My mother-in-law gave and one more old relic a Admiral Refridgerator.I know is 20 years old I keep downstairs in my basement room also! You can never have too many freezers and refrigerators! We all in my family have at least 2 of something for food! ha! Okay now We know I keep everything until it Breaks down! LOL!

Good! I came across a situation with a guy that waS trying to assert his “right” to dress in women’s clothing at work. After meeting with other managers, I made a policy that he could wear pants and a shirt just as a lot of men or women wear, and sensible and safe shoes. No one should dress so as to distract people’s attention from work matters.
That worked, but that was years ago in California. These days I imagine they get away with whatever they want.

Back in the Day so many had to follow strict dress codes!
We at Dillard's still enforce it!
Thank Goodness being in East Texas!
But when Management becomes lenient ,we just hired in Lancome a guy that wears makeup but when corporate comes in our store,he can't wear it!
Mr.Dillard does NOT Approve of Men wearing Makeup!
I just found this out last week!
He wears full makeup most of the time but when Corporate comes to visit, he cannot!
So silly that our management allows this!
