No offense, but it’s not much of one. The President can’t pardon state convictions

This particular case is a State case meaning Biden couldn’t pardon Trump even if he wanted to

Then local courts can file charges. right? Someone better get a grip on this because I can see a line forming with charges against Trump.

In my humble opinion, the commie regime that seized power in 2020 does not care one whit about “precedent,” because they plan to maintain that power... forever.

Since we are dreaming, what would happen if DeSantis would/could put Trump into Florida Protective Custody????

Just my opinion, but I think if the Democrats do not drop this and drop it almost unilaterally, it is the end of the Republic.
I also think Republican involvement in any way is pretty much worthless and will only lead to more acrimony.

Sorry, but Republicans don’t have the courage to fight fire with fire. So your above statement must be corrected to:
Local Democrat prosecutors and DA’s around the country will fill the courts with charges against former Republican Presidents (and other Republicans, as well).

1. Can’t pardon state convictions
2. Hasn’t even reached plea yet
To be honest, I don’t see him getting indicted. I think something happens that distracts everyone from this.

I don’t know why people keep saying this in the face of hundreds of times Presidents pardoning ‘state and local’ offenses. The pardon power is plenary.
