Ever notice that mass killings took off like a rocket after the mental institutions were closed down? Before 1975 I can only remember Richard Speck (knife) and Charles Whitman( bolt action rifle) as mass killers, leaving out organized crime like the St Valentine’s day Massacre.
That’s why mental hospitals should never have been closed down.
