First the Law mandating a percentage production of EVs, then and only then..

A second law saying you have to pay $8G to $10G when you trade in or relinquish your EV for disposal of toxic materials.

And they want driving to be very expensive, because their plans depend on you being on Mass Transit.

Fed Gov mandates for CAFE standards are forcing automakers to make EV’s to get their mileages up. It’s all a bunch of political BS. To my knowledge, Toyota is the only automaker that is not bowing down to this kind of pressure.

My next truck will be a Tundra. Hopefully by the end of the year.

Somebody from Biden Administration probably told them. My guess most states will ban new ICE vehicles by 2035. A federal ban by 2040? Then there will be a carbon tax on gasoline. You can drive your old ICE vehicle but it will be expensive. By 2050, gas stations will be banned. No one will use gas except for the military.
