Heck, you cannot even get a column shift AT anymore! no more bench seats, either. The center console has taken over. More’s the pity.

this article, the last years for three-on-the-tree manual shifters in pickups were 1985 for Dodge, 1986 for Ford F-series and 1987 for Chevy and GMC.

Also, the last US cars offered with three-speed column shifters were the 1979 Chevy Nova, Pontiac Phoenix and Oldsmobile Omega.
